I bought the Forbes Automotive Haldex controller and wiring harness as an alternative to the other, more expensive options on the market and could not be happier with my decision. I have an Audi S3 8L that use for hillclimbs, and was looking for more of a mechanical advantage and a more predictable Haldex engagement over the stock setup. After installing it on the car, I can confidently say that it has improved the driving characteristics, and it feels like a completely different car. Before the install, the car would understeer in corners; then, when I would try to modulate the throttle, the Haldex would kick the rears in and push me out even wider. With the Forbes Automotive controller installed, the car handles how it should and gives me the confidence and predictability in corners where I can actively feel the rear end engaging. The module and harness were very easy to install, and I cannot think of a better upgrade that offers the same value and ease of installation for the gains achieved. Adam has been incredibly helpful and has gone above and beyond for me when I had any questions. I'd highly recommend getting this cheap and cheerful upgrade to anyone looking to improve their car, turning it from an understeering mess, into a proper 4WD machine.

I have a polo mk2f fitted with a lupo gti engine, with module saved ne £500 as was buying a similar model from the states. Not setup or mounted but have tested this and works a trest as the mk2f polo clocks use the same fitting as the mk2 golf.

Ordered one of Forbes Automotive's Haldex Controller, arrived in a timely fashion and looks a great bit of kit. Also asked for some custom CAN coding doing on some steering wheel buttons, and they were up to the challenge! Customer support was top notch too 👌
